Shravaha Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Shravaha, we formulate every product with carefully selected ingredients to deliver effective skincare solutions. We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our skincare products, all products sold on Shravaha are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the specific cases mentioned below.
Replacement or Refund Eligibility
A replacement or refund will be considered ONLY in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an expired product.
- You received an empty package.
No returns, replacements, or refunds will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, personal preferences, allergic reactions, or incorrect product selection made by the customer.
How to Raise a Request
If you have received a wrong, damaged, expired product, or an empty package, please email us at contact@shravaha.com (replace with your official support email) within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
Your email should include:
- Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and invoice (where applicable)
- Any other relevant information that will help us investigate the issue
Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Empty Package Claims
If you receive a package that appears to be empty or tampered with, please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. This video is mandatory for us to verify and process your claim.
Claims for empty packages without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Review & Reverse Pickup
Please allow us up to 48 hours to review your request after we receive all the required information.
If your request is approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup depending on your location. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the product to us. In such cases, shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, and the reported issue is verified, the refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 24 hours.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary payment details.
