Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Shravaha via its official website or authorized sales channels. By placing an order with Shravaha, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Shravaha products fall under the category of personal care, wellness, hygiene, and consumable goods, and therefore are non-returnable. Once accepted by the customer, products cannot be returned for refund or exchange, except as provided under the Replacement Policy below.

2. Replacement Policy

Shravaha provides a free-of-cost replacement of products within seven (7) days of delivery under the following circumstances only:

The item(s) received are in damaged, defective, or mutilated condition; or

The item(s) received are different from those ordered.

Conditions for Approval:

A complete, uncut, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must show the sealed package, outer box, inner packaging, and the product in entirety.

The video must be recorded before opening or tampering with the product.

Products that are opened, used, or tampered will not be eligible for replacement.

Any complaint regarding damage, defect, or missing product(s) must be raised with Shravaha’s support team within two (2) days of receiving the order. Complaints raised after this period will not be entertained.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

A replacement cannot be processed due to product unavailability; or

An order has been validly cancelled in accordance with this Policy.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–4 working days of approval. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Orders Purchased During Sales/Offers

Products purchased during sales, discounts, promotions, or offers (including “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” or “Buy 2 Pay for 1”) are not eligible for return or refund.

To avail such offers, customers must add the required number of products to the cart as specified on the website.

If fewer products are added, only the items correctly ordered will be dispatched, as clearly stated in the invoice.

Freebies and promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our support team immediately.

If an order has already been handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Customers are advised to refuse delivery in such cases.

Once the product is received back at our facility in its original packaging and verified, a refund (after deduction of applicable shipping costs) will be initiated.

6. Duplicate Orders

In case of duplicate orders placed in error, customers must notify Shravaha via email at contact@shravaha.in
 within six (6) hours of placing the order.

If the duplicate order has not yet been dispatched, it may be cancelled without charge.

If the order has been shipped, no cancellation, return, or refund will be permitted.
